Created by coaches, for coaches — 2,500+ posts written · 15+ content formats · Under 2 minutes per post
The hardest part of posting consistently on LinkedIn is knowing what to write about. CoachCraft gives you ideas that fit you every week and helps you turn them into a strong post. In your own voice, not ChatGPT's.

I work as a career coach myself. Over the past 15 years I've helped people find work that fits, and built a coaching company with 40 coaches. On LinkedIn they all ran into the same thing: they didn't really know what to keep posting about, and when they used ChatGPT for it, it didn't sound like them.
I get it. You became a coach to work with people, not to spend hours puzzling over a single post. But you also know you have to be visible, or no one knows you exist.
So I made CoachCraft. First for myself, then for my team. Not by a software company, but by someone who knows the craft and the business inside out. Everything in it comes from real coaching practice, mine and my coaches'.
Together we've written more than 2,500 posts with it by now. It works. And that's why I'm now sharing it with other coaches too.
Honestly? I'm not going to turn this into a tool for thousands of users. It doesn't need to be. CoachCraft is made for coaches like me, by someone who knows the craft. Are you one of them? Then you're welcome here.

This is where most coaches get stuck on LinkedIn:
You've got years of experience, but coming up with something to post every week is the hard part. Usually the blank screen wins.
Writing a post that actually sticks is a craft of its own. Often you post something that just misses, and it stays quiet.
It gets you started, but the text sounds like everyone. Your clients can tell right away it's not you.
No "describe your tone of voice," no checkboxes. You answer five questions out loud, a couple of minutes in total. CoachCraft hears how you actually talk and uses that as the basis for your posts. The result is your own voice, not an imitation of it.

What shift do you most want your clients to make?
How it works
Never stare at a blank page again. Pick a direction, and we'll write it together.
Open the app and you'll see ideas that fit your niche, your audience, and how you coach. Not generic tips. Ideas you actually have something to say about.

It's weird when the job isn't crushing you... but it still drains you.
Most high performers I talk to aren't scared of effort.
What messes with you is the idea that you could keep doing all that and still feel the same next year.
Same meetings. Same "busy" that doesn't mean anything.
Publish straight to LinkedIn, schedule for later, or plan your entire month in the content calendar. One place. No juggling five different tools.

Set it once. CoachCraft automatically extracts your coaching approach from your website and weaves it into every piece of content. Your methodology isn't an afterthought. It's the foundation.
Your most powerful content is sitting in your last three coaching sessions. The Story Studio asks you questions, draws out the moment, and turns it into a post that builds trust without feeling like self-promotion.
Record yourself for two minutes answering five questions. CoachCraft uses how you actually talk as the basis for every post.
Upload your coaching frameworks, published articles, client case studies, training materials. CoachCraft draws from your actual ideas when writing. Not generic coaching advice, but your methodology, your examples, your perspective.
Every week: curated trends, research, and labor market data organized specifically for coaches. Eight categories. One click from insight to LinkedIn post.
Long post, short post, newsletter, personal story, carousel, quote image. When something works, repurpose it into a different format with one click.
Find a photo that fits your post, or let AI suggest images that match what you wrote. Add a color and text overlay, with wording the AI suggests for you.
Build LinkedIn carousels and quote cards right in the app, in your own brand colors and fonts. Export and schedule without ever opening Canva.

New workplace research reveals how AI adoption is reshaping daily workflows across industries...
LinkedIn now favors human-written content: posts with a voice and perspective of their own get more reach than posts that sound like AI. That's why CoachCraft starts from your recorded voice and your stories, and detailed writing rules filter out the familiar AI patterns. The difference is measurable: GPTZero, the best-known AI detector, rates 8 out of 10 CoachCraft posts as written by a human.

Tested with GPTZero on ~100 generated posts, June 2026. Results vary by topic and voice profile.
Honest advice: never blindly publish what AI writes. CoachCraft gets the post 90% there in your voice. The last 10%, an example of your own or a line only you would say, makes it unmistakably yours. That's what the editor is for.

We built a writing system that goes beyond "write in my style." It filters out the patterns that give AI content away: unnatural sentences, hollow buzzwords, overdone metaphors. The result reads like you wrote it. More on this in the "How it sounds" section above.
